These instructions use the iCloud version. in the upper-right corner of the Record & Share shortcut that you've downloaded. While I've provided a link so you can download this shortcut that I've already made, here's how you can set it up for yourself. The following instructions are for setting up the iCloud version of the shortcut, but the Dropbox version is the same, minus the Wait action, which isn't necessary, based on how Dropbox creates links. The goal is to give the file enough time to upload to iCloud. The default in the linked shortcut is 10 seconds, but you can experiment with shorter or longer times.
